A private estate on the Isle of Mull is looking for a hands-on, reliable Estate Maintenance Operative to join the team. This is a full-time role with on-site accommodation provided, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and rural island living.

Key Responsibilities:

🔧 General property repairs

🪚 Basic joinery and carpentry

🚰 Basic plumbing tasks

💡 Basic electrical tasks

🚜 Machinery use (tractors, ATVs, mowers)

🎨 Painting & decorating

✔️ Health & safety awareness

✔️ Ability to work independently & problem-solve
