ESTATE MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Inverailort Estate, Lochailort, Inverness-shire
We are seeking a full-time, self-motivated individual to take on the general management and
maintenance of the estate. It is a varied role with the opportunity for part-time work for a
partner.
The estate maintenance manager will have relevant experience and qualifications, the initiative
to work alone, be practical and solution focused in decisions or problem solving and capable of
managing projects.
Key Responsibilities
• General property and land maintenance
• Deer management
• Assist with loch and river fishing lets
• Operation and maintenance of three hydroelectric schemes
• Management and maintenance of let cottages including a holiday cottage
• Help deliver new construction projects
• Potentially manage a small flock of Cheviot sheep
Role Requirements
• Hard working and reliable
• A good communicator
• Enjoy working outdoors and in all weathers
• Ability to organise own work schedule and identify priorities and solutions
• Good practical skillsets
• A full clean driving licence
• Hold a firearms and shotgun certificate
