Estate Maintenance Assistant - Permanent/Part-time min 4 days a week.
Location - Highlands, Beauly, Aigas Field Centre Aigas Field Centre - Providing Wildlife Holidays in the Highlands of Scotland
An opportunity for a part-time/full-time Estate Maintenance Assistant at Aigas Field Centre based 4 miles from Beauly is available. We are looking for a hard working individual who would be dedicated to the general maintenance and upkeep of the Estate grounds. Main areas of responsibility:

• Maintenance of lawns, grounds, verges, hedges as directed.
• Assisting the Estate Maintenance Officer in routine daily jobs such as: log replenishment, monitoring biomass boiler.
• Assisting when required with the upkeep and repair work of the road network, fences, water supply.
• Basic building maintenance such as: painting, plumbing
• Supporting Estate Maintenance Officer when required with property refurbishment projects.
• Skills certificate in Chainsaw use and maintenance is preferred.
• Processing firewood for the Estate.
