4000 Ewes, 300 Cows and 400 Acres Arable
Due to continued expansion, Islay Estates Company is offering an exceptional role for a proactive,
energetic individual to join our team. This is your chance to work on one of Scotland’s most beautiful
islands, with a progressive estate that values long-term sustainability and growth.
Stock Person
If cattle and sheep are your passion, you’ll be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day
management of our pedigree Luing cattle herd and commercial suckler cows as well as oursheep flock.
Your experience and knowledge of livestock will be vital in maintaining the high standards of care and
productivity we pride ourselves on.
What We're Looking For:
• Solid experience and knowledge in livestock farming
• Proficiency in all aspects of livestock care and management
• Honest, motivated, and capable of working independently and within a team
• Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to responsibilities
