A shepherd is required to form part of a team in running the sheep flock on a hill farming and sporting estate within the Cairngorms National Park. The business runs a flock of 1900 Blackface ewes, alongside a herd of 50 suckler cows, with a further 600 or so wethers running on the hill.

You will report to the head shepherd and be responsible for all aspects of hill flock management, as well as assisting with general farm and estate work. Good working dogs are essential.

Remuneration will be subject to experience. Accommodation will be provided on the farm, which is convenient for the local primary school in Tomintoul and feeds into the well respected Speyside High School.
