North East Pheasant & Partridge are seeking additional sporting rights to lease from May 2026, ideally on a minimum three-year agreement.

Preferred (not essential):

• Quality driven ground with good bird presentation
• Gamekeeper's house (3 bedroom minimum)
• Barn, yard or secure storage
• Shoot lodge for client hospitality
• No restrictions on release numbers or days sold
