Couple required for Lochshiel Estate
Property Maintenance and Housekeeper Positions
Couple required to manage a diversified estate on the West Coast. Lochshiel Estate is located on the Argyll / Inverness-shire border with frontage to Loch Moidart and Loch Shielwith a main house, 5 holiday cottages and other properties.
The successful applicant will have good general build skills and will carry out maintenance, repairs and improvements across the estate and should have skills to include basic joinery, plumbing, groundworks, painting and decorating. Good organisational skills are required to manage contractors and outside trades.
The part time housekeeper will deal with the day to day management of the main house and holiday cottages to include changeover cleaning and running the estate laundry. During the off season duties include deep cleaning and preparing for the season ahead.
The applicants will have a full clean UK driving licence
The successful applicants will receive an excellent package to include a comfortable 2/3 bedroom cottage, vehicle andcompetitive salary.
