JAHAMA Highland Estates

As a Hospitality Team Leader at JAHAMA Estates, you will be responsible for looking after the estates three self-catering properties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, travelling between locations and taking pride in delivering high standards.

Jahama Highland Estates is a diverse, multi-enterprise rural estate business with activities across 114,000 acres of mountainous and moorland terrain located across much of Lochaber and Badenoch. From the Pap of Glencoe to the Corrieyairack Pass, our task is to carry out regional regeneration that meets the needs of the present while ensuring a sustainable future. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the properties, sometimes working with short turnaround times.
  • Following daily and weekly cleaning schedules. Preparing rotas and managing time.
  • Completing necessary cleaning, records and checks to ensure the properties are kept up to the standard required.
  • Carrying out stock takes and regular maintenance checks.
  • Liaising with the Estates Team Supervisor regarding necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Assisting guests and handling requests/ complaints when necessary.
  • Complying with Health and Safety regulations by always following company policies.

Requirements

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Previous housekeeping experience, with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time & prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and deliver a high standard of customer care.
  • The ability to be flexible and adapt due to demand and last minute bookings.
  • Full Driving License & access to own vehicle.
  • Ability to adhere to strict hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Open to new opportunities and progressing within the company.
