Job Opportunity: General Farm Worker

Cally Estate are seeking a reliable, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our small team near Blairgowrie, Perthshire. Covering about 418 hectares of upland hill and grazing pastures, we run a herd of 80 Aberdeen Angus Pedigree and commercial cows, calving spring and autumn, and 700 Scottish Blackface and cross ewes.

Key Details:

· Location: Near Blairgowrie, Perthshire, Scotland

· Position: Full-time, permanent

· Benefits: Accommodation & vehicle will be provided along with appropriate remuneration

· Accommodation: Modern 3 bed partly furnished house available

Role Overview:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Day-to-day feeding and care of cattle and sheep

· General farm maintenance

· General tractor work

· Seasonal tasks as required

· Alternate weekends

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a similar role is required

· A strong work ethic, attention to detail and a genuine passion for farming

· Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

· High level tractor and ATV skills essential

· Full UK driving license required
