Gardener – Full time or Part time considered
Islay Estates Company are looking for an experienced Gardener to join our existing gardening team on the beautiful Isle of Islay. With extensive gardens, this is a diverse role which will primarily include the day to day running and maintenance of Eallabus House, Ceannloch House and Bridgend Hotel gardens. The successful candidate would be responsible for all aspects of upkeep and most significantly producing vegetables, fruit, and herbs for the Hotel and the Family’s Main House.
Grass cutting, strimming and hedge cutting around various locations on the Estate will also be required.
Horticultural knowledge and experience are essential. Manual and heavy machinery work is involved, and the successful candidate must have a full UK driving license.
Accommodation is available if required, along with a competitive rate of pay.
