The Bolton Abbey Estate in the Yorkshire Dales is seeking an experienced, self-motivated mammal controller needed to protect woodlands and support new planting across the Estate.
Key duties:
Mammal control (squirrels, rabbits, hares), surveys, records, equipment maintenance and estate liaison.
Essential:
Proven mammal management experience, valid firearms certificate, flexible and safe lone working.
Desirable:
Wildlife/forestry qualification, ATV/4x4 experience, fencing skills, suitable working dog.
40 hours | Permanent contract | Equipment provided
