S.M. Whitfield Ltd is seeking a Beat Keeper to join the Sporting team on one of the North’s finest shooting estates, Whitfield Estate in south-west Northumberland.
The position will primarily involve working with pheasants / partridges and predator control but there may also be some work assisting the Estate on its grouse moor when required.
Good physical fitness is a must, along with a very good work ethic. The ability to work both alone and as part of a team are also essential for the role.
A full clean driving licence and shotgun / firearms licences, along with a minimum of five years keepering experience are required.
Good salary, accommodation and an Estate vehicle will be provided.
