Small very picturesque farmstead between Petersfield and Winchester in Hampshire, looking for a permanent live-in person to help develop along regenerative principles. Owner has very little experience themselves, so hoping to find someone with experience in regenerative agriculture and soil improvement strategies.
Role would be very variable:
Helping with rotating small number of livestock ( pigs, goats and sheep)
Help establishing wild flower meadows
General farm maintainance of machinery
Looking after property when owner is away
Helping with ragwort control
Help with fencing and tree planting
Overseeing other work being done by other contractors: dew ponds being installed and hedges laid etc
Role would be well salaried and accommodation provided. Hoping to find someone looking for a long term position.
