Are you a skilled and versatile maintenance professional seeking a rewarding role within a prestigious private residence?

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team, ensuring the smooth and efficient upkeep of a high-net-worth family's property. You will be a key member of the household staff, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of presentation and functionality.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

· Comprehensive Property Maintenance: Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including basic plumbing and electrical work (e.g., replacing light bulbs and sockets), painting, and carpentry.

· Contractor Management: Schedule and oversee routine visits and inspections by external contractors, ensuring quality and efficiency.

· Grounds Maintenance: Conduct basic gardening duties, such as lawn mowing and general upkeep under the supervision of the Head Gardener.

· Cleaning and Presentation: Maintain all areas of the property in a clean, tidy, and presentable condition, including jet-washing pathways.

· Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly and effectively, taking full ownership of tasks.

· Third-Party Liaison: Oversee visits from external engineers and contractors, particularly for fire and intruder alarm systems.

· Material Procurement: Order and manage materials from suppliers.

What We Are Looking For:

· Proven Maintenance Experience: A versatile "all-rounder" with demonstrable experience in property maintenance.

· Practical Skills: Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, and gardening.

· Strong Organizational Skills: The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a demanding environment.

· Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Confidently liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

· Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive and resourceful approach to resolving maintenance issues.

· Reliability and Discretion: A professional and trustworthy individual with a flexible approach to work.

· Full UK Driving Licence: Essential for this role.

· Result-Oriented Mindset: A person who takes pride in their work and delivers results.

Key Details:

· Start Date: ASAP

· Working Days: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as required.

· Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

· Salary: £30,000 gross per annum
