Beat Keeper – Berry Castle Shoot, Totnes

An exciting opportunity has opened for a dedicated and ambitious Beat Keeper to join our expanding team at Berry Castle situated near Totnes, Devon. We are an up and coming, growing shoot with big ambitions and are looking for the right person to help us take it to the next level.



The Role



We are seeking either:



• An experienced underkeeper ready to step up into their first Beat Keeper position, ideally with some commercial shoot experience.



• Or an established Beat Keeper who is looking for a fresh challenge on a new shoot, where you’ll have the chance to make a real impact and help shape its future.



This is a fantastic chance to take ownership of a beat on a growing estate and play a vital role in developing and improving it season by season.



What We’re Looking For



• Rearing experience – preferred and in some areas essential.



• A motivated, proactive keeper who takes pride in their work.



• Good communication and organisational skills.



• Someone passionate about countryside management and driven to improve their beat year on year.
