Underkeeper Position
Coul Estate, Laggan, Newtonmore, Highland.
An exciting opportunity has become available for an ambitious, self-motivated underkeeper to
join our team on a private, family owned Estate in the Scottish Highlands.
Coul Estate is located in Laggan near Newtonmore and over the years has created some top
quality pheasant, partridge and duck drives. The Estate also provides stalking for Red, Fallow
and Sika deer. At over 9000 acres it is a wonderful Highland Estate run primarily for family
and friends.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our team, answering directly to
the Head Keeper. Experience in the day to day duties involved in looking after game birds
would be advantageous but a good work ethic and willingness to learn are equally as
important.
Applicants must as a minimum have the following:
Full UK Driving Licence
Valid Shotgun & Firearms Licence
The following would be advantageous:
Holder of DSC Level 1
ATV Sit Astride & Sit In Certificates
Chainsaw Certificate
A more than competitive package will be offered, dependant on experience.
