Underkeeper or Beat Keeper - Ref 1770 Date: March 30, 2026

8 miles south-west of Perth

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Underkeeper or Beat Keeper to join a family-run pheasant and partridge shoot, located 8 miles south-west of Perth. Shooting over 30 days per season, the successful applicant will have experience in releasing pheasants and partridges, and be confident in running their own beat, while also working alongside the Head Keeper when required. A knowledge of deer management is essential.

Applicants should have a minimum of three years’ keepering experience and must be hardworking, honest, punctual, and possess a keen eye for detail and tidiness.

A full driving licence, shotgun and firearms certificates, and working dogs are required.

The role comes with a competitive package, including a recently refurbished two-bedroom house, kennels, and vehicles.
