UNDERKEEPER/BEATKEEPER POSITION

A Traditional low ground family run shoot based on the edge of the Yorkshire wolds requires a full time underkeeper/ beatkeeper.

Shooting over 7000acres with 30+ pheasant and partridge drives.

The individual must be trustworthy, honest and reliable. Be committed and ambitious towards their role. Have good communication and be willing to learn. They will work closely alongside the head keeper as well as been responsible for their own beat. The role includes the rearing of pheasant and partridge so the individual must have great husbandry with a keen eye for detail.

Applicants must have at least three years' experience.

Must hold a clean UK driving license. A shot gun and firearms certificate is essential. You will also require your own working dogs. Chainsaw and ATV/UTV qualifications are desirable.

Good package and accommodation is provided with modern vehicles and kennels provided.
