🎣 WE’RE HIRING – PART TIME FISHERY ASSISTANT🎣

📍 Ladybower Fisheries

Ladybower Fisheries is growing — and we’re looking for a committed, hands-on fishery assistant to help with day-to-day operations with fish rearing, stocking, preparing and putting away boats and attending to our customer's needs.

This is an outdoor, practical and varied role suited to someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in all weather, and takes pride in delivering a high-quality angling experience.

What the role involves:

• Delivering excellent customer service

• Computer skills desirable

• Opening and closing the site

• Fish welfare and stock monitoring

• Boat handling and supervising anglers

• General maintenance and upkeep

• Ensuring health & safety standards are met

We’re looking for someone who is:

✔ Reliable and punctual (early starts and late evenings through the summer months)

✔ Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions

✔ Physically fit and hands-on

✔ Organised and proactive

✔ Confident making decisions independently

Desirable (but not essential):

• Experience in fisheries, angling or outdoor leisure

• Boat handling experience

• First aid qualification

• A genuine passion for fishing and/or fish keeping

Own transport is essential.
