An experienced Maintenance / Grounds Man is required for Glencalvie Estate.
Glencalvie Estate extends to 20,000 acres andis a traditional, family-owned estate, located inSutherland, set amongst some spectacular mountain scenery, with a focus on fishing as well as deer stalking.
The principal purpose of the role is to manage and maintain the built property across the estate, along with grounds keeping.
The position requires a keen, flexible and self-motivated individual with good practical, organisational and friendly interpersonal skills.
Applicants should be experienced in daily handyman tasks and basic landscaping, and be able to communicate effectively with contractors to ensure the annual maintenance program is delivered.
The post would suit a hard-working individual who is passionate and dedicated to the general upkeep and development of estate assets. The family are looking for a candidate who will take ownership of the role.
A competitive salary package will be offered, including a three bedroom house and outbuildings. A vehicle for work purposes is also provided.
A clean driving licence is essential. Experience is required in basic joinery, plumbing, chainsawand strimmer work and grass cutting machinery.
