INNS Spraying Contractor – Self-Employed

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Inns Spraying Contractor to join our team on a self-employed basis, working as part of the Tweed Invasives Project. The role will involve herbicide treatment of target invasive non-native species, including giant hogweed, Japanese knotweed and American skunk cabbage, across a range of sites within the Tweed catchment.

The Role:

  • Carrying out INNS spraying operations to a high standard
  • Working independently and managing your own workload
  • Flexible working hours to suit both parties
  • Seasonal work with the potential for ongoing opportunities

Requirements:

  • Own transport
  • PA1 & PA6AW qualifications (essential / ideal)
  • Plant ID skills preferred
  • Self-employed status and relevant insurances
  • Strong work ethic and motivation for hard, physical work
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices
