Grouse Moor Under Keeper – Garrows Estate

A conscientious, resourceful, fit, enthusiastic, outgoing and self-motivated individual is being sought to join the team on this productive 5,000 acre family-run sporting/farming estate in Glen Quaich.

The successful candidate will have a high degree of competence in core areas, and well-developed organisation and communication skills. Whilst self-reliance is important, an ability to work constructively alongside others in the estate team with different roles and priorities, together with a willingness to undertake non-keepering tasks in conjunction with The Garrows Head Keeper when required, is absolutely vital.

A passion for training/working gundogs and related outside interests would bean advantage. More experienced candidates who have the right attitude and are looking for a stable and rewarding long term position within a close-knit team will be considered alongside those with ‘typical’ underkeeper profiles.
