Ground Maintenance staff - Ref 1901 Date: August 25, 2026

A Private Equestrian Farm is recruiting for Ground Maintenance staff within the Godalming/ Haslemere area. The job includes maintaining the grounds of the estate and supporting the equestrian facility. We are looking for individuals with good communication and organisational skills, happy to work within a team or solo and with good knowledge of machinery operation.
With a mixed year of summer and winter jobs around the farm, this would suit somebody who has experience as a groundsman, but is also able to help with ongoing maintenance and small improvement projects to the facilities.
Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent

Day to day role includes:* grass keeping,* fencing,* machinery operation,* supporting equestrian facility operations,
Looking for.
• Essential: Full Clean Driving license.• Essential: Grounds Maintenance Experience.• Desirable Associated Machinery. Operation eg tractors & mowers• Desirable: Chainsaw maintenance & crosscutting licence.• Desirable: PA1 & PA6 Certificates.

Schedule:• Monday to Friday.• Weekend availability.• 5.5 day week including minimum 1 day at the weekend through out the polo season.
Ability to commute/relocateUnfortunately This job does not include accommodation so would need to commute to the Godalming Surrey.
