Full-time Housekeeper/Cook Vacancy

Spanning across the Surrey / Hampshire border, Downlands is set in a charming valley and

to complement our current team, we are looking for a full-time (40 hours per week) estate housekeeper/cook with a passion for providing a beautifully clean family property and delivering healthy family meals with quality ingredients.

The role will include the highest standard of cleaning in the family home, outside family areas and event spaces. Duties will also include laundry & ironing, food shopping (online), cooking family meals during the week (this may be on a flexible basis) and occasional pet care.

Previous successful experience in this role is an advantage however all applicants that can display the ability to have a conscientious, discreet, independent and organised approach to the role are considered.

Our successful applicant will be an active individual, positive natured with a great sense of humour. Applicants must be happy to work with confident, friendly dogs.

There is the potential for the right candidate to live on-site in a beautiful cottage. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and accommodation.

Hours to be discussed at interview stages, starting with a teams meeting. A degree of flexibility is advantageous.
