Estate worker - Ref 1730 Date: March 4, 2026

Full Time/New Position

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our Estate team. The successful applicant will be employed in a multitude of roles, and must be able to operate as both a team member and independent worker, and be able to use their own initiative when required.

The successful applicant can expect to be working across all departments on the Estate, including Agriculture, Building Maintenance, Forestry and Gardens.

A full UK driving licence is required. Training will be available where necessary, however, the following skills will be advantageous:

· Tractor driving from 30HP – 150HP

· Chainsaw operation

· Spraying both horticulture PA1, PA6 and agriculture

· Rough terrain loader operation

· Fencing

The position is available now, with a salary commensurate with experience and a company pension.
