Underkeeper required in the Forest of Bowland Lancashire on a prestigious high bird pheasant shoot where the emphasis is on producing and showing quality sporting birds.
The successful applicant will be responsible for their own beat and so a minimum of two years experience, particularly with hand feeding and moving pheasants, will be desired.
A full driving licence and a shotgun/firearm certificate will be essential.
A competitive package including accommodation in a three bedroom cottage with garden and kennels will be provided.
This excellent position is available to start from mid October but we would be willing to wait until the end of the shooting season if an exceptional candidate has commitments until then.
