Great experience opportunity, South Lincolnshire, NG33.
We are looking for a keen young trainee who wants to further his/her experience and knowledge in the shooting world.
We run a small commercial shoot hosting circa 45 days.
We start shooting mid September and shoot twice a week throughout the season. We rear our own partridges and buy in poults. We have a
duck pond for the occasional duck drive.
Good all round experience for a keen person who wants to enter the industry with some experience under their belt.
The Position is from now to the end of Feb.
Role to include:
The end of the rearing season for the partridges and releasing
The beginning of the Poults arriving to wood
Doging in and catching
Vermin control
Daily Feeding
General keeper duties working under an experience head keeper
No driving licence required - the shoot is entirely estate based so no travel needed
Accommodation provided in a 2 bed flat based on the estate
Off road vehicle and ATV provided
Possibility of training courses if time permits
Weekly allowance paid
