We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, professional and highly responsible Shooting & Fishing Instructor who loves the outdoors.

The on target earning potential for this role is £16.48 / hourly rate - comprising a base salary of £14.28, plus a qualified estimate of £2.20 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

- Delivering clay shooting, fishing, archery and air rifle instruction professionally and to the highest standards ensuring our guests always have an experience they’ll want to share, never forget and want return to

- Sharing your fantastic industry knowledge, you’ll provide outstanding service to our many shooting members, welcoming them by name and building your understanding of their individual requirements

- Ensuring all equipment is fully operational and expertly maintained to the highest standard for lessons, making sure every element of the preparation is perfect

- Working with children and young adults to introduce them to the sport whilst making sure they have great fun along the way

- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

The kind of person we're looking for:

- You hold both a Shotgun Certificate and a full UK driving license

- Experienced in shooting & fishing instruction, you also have a great track record of success in working within the Country Sports industry

- Naturally calm, you’re able to adapt to all situations and make sure those around you are set at ease

- You love talking to guests, proactively sharing your knowledge and answering questions related to our industry with a warm and thoughtful approach

- You set the appropriate professional standards for yourself and others at all times

- Ideally, you’re a First Aider however we can provide this training for you

- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand

- You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner

- A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail

- You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way
