Property maintenance role - Ref 726


We are looking to find a practical, motivated and skilled individual to repair and manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties on a small family run estate in Northumberland.

Duties may include general building work, repairs and grounds maintenance. A skilled trade would be preferable, for example painting and decorating, joinery or plumbing, but is not essential.

The individual we are seeking must be enthusiastic, comfortable with responsibility, using their initiative and managing their own time.

They will need to be fit and active, trustworthy, reliable, approachable, competent at troubleshooting and proactive in identifying, prioritizing and completing tasks. They will need to be proficient at using technology to regularly report & record progress. The must be a conscientious, organised and tidy individual with a flexible ‘can do’ attitude. Good communication skills with those on and off the Estate, a desire to work collegiately with others and make a wide contribution to the smooth running and long term future of the Estate is important.

We require a full-time employee and accommodation can be provided. Salary based upon experience. A part time role may also be available for a partner but this is not a prerequisite.
