GARDENS ESTATE MANAGER AT MOUNT EPHRAIM FARM & GARDENS, HERNHILL, FAVERSHAM, KENT

We are looking for a Gardens Estate Manager to maintain and manage the beautiful gardens on the Mount Ephraim estate. An ideal opportunity for an energetic and dynamic gardener to work in this beautiful rural location and help our family estate grow from strength to strength.

Mount Ephraim Gardens is a family run business comprising of ten acres of terraced Edwardian gardens and tea room open to the public April to September, five B&B guest rooms and a holiday let open all year round, a weddings and events venue, and a progressive 200 acre fruit farm.

The role requires a hands-on, dynamic individual with plenty of energy and enthusiasm, keen gardening knowledge and with at least 5 years’ experience of working within the horticultural sector. The role requires an individual who is able to assume responsibility for the management and maintenance of the main garden here at Mount Ephraim as well as maintain the private gardens at The Orchards and Keepers Cottage. The postholder will have strong ideas and a clear vision for the improvement and development of the gardens with strong organisational and management skills.

Will suit a hands-on, flexible and highly motivated individual who will become truly passionate for the gardens here at Mount Ephraim.

Salary circa £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
