EXPERIENCED CATTLE STOCKPERSON/DEER STALKER REQUIRED

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced cattle stockperson to oversee a herd of suckler cattle. Also, to be able to work within a small team helping with estate work as and when required.

There is also a requirement to be able to lead a stalking party occasionally with the main Stalker.

The stockperson would be responsible for the welfare of the cattle and their calves.

Calving experience essential

Good record keeping and some IT skills

To be able to assist the Gamekeeper with the stalking.

DS 1 and 2 certificates

Firearms and shotgun licences

Need to be able to work on their own and within a small team

Tractor/trailer and telehandler experience

ATV, Argo, and quad bike tickets

Full, clean driving licence, work vehicle provided
