Estate Secretary and Personal Assistant

Luss Estates Company is a thriving business that encompasses customer-facing businesses on Loch Lomond as well as farming, forestry, wildlife management, housing and many ongoing projects for the future.

The role has two main responsibilities: as Personal Assistant to the Estate Chief Executive Officer, and to be the main contact point for all visitors and provide administrative support to the Estate Office.

The applicant must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable communicating with staff at all levels of the organisation. The person must have substantial experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Some experience in HR administration would be desirable.

This is a challenging role in a very busy team. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills, workload prioritisation, the ability to manage tight deadlines and support high profile meetings, including scheduling, issuing papers and comprehensive minute taking.

The role requires high levels of tact, discretion, initiative and flexibility, along with confidentiality.
