Estate Ranger Position, Stirlingshire

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual on a private Estate in Stirlingshire.

The family-owned Estate, covering 18,000 acres, has a wide range of enterprises including traditional deer stalking and a management cull, non-commercial pheasant shoot, farming, woodlands and various conservation projects.

The role will be varied and not limited to traditional gamekeeping and therefore the successful applicant will need to be open-minded and willing to tackle new challenges.

The successful applicant must have a minimum 3 years’ experience in land management and be able to work on their own or as part of a team. They must be reliable, self-motivated and pro-active in their work ethic.

Applicants must also have a full & clean UK driving license, valid shotgun and firearms certificates and DSC Level 2. Further training will be provided as required.

The position comes with good terms, including a 3-bedroom house, outbuildings and kennels and a competitive salary based on experience of the successful candidate.
