Permanent position that offers a competitive salary plus benefits. Smech Management Company Ltd provides property and facilities management services for a VIP client. We are looking for a high calibre, professional individual to join our high performing team as a Beat Stalker based on a private estate in Inverinate, Scotland. As a Beat Stalker you will be responsible for one of the three Estate beats culling around 50-60 Stags, 100-130 Hinds annually, you will be required to manage the Deer population effectively along with carrying out vermin control, other general Estate duties and maintenance will be necessary. Candidates must have: · Proven Deer Management & Keepering Experience · Effective Current Vermin Control Skills · DSC · Excellent Communication Skills · Current Firearm and Shotgun Certificates · ARGO and ATV Operator Certificates · A full valid UK driving Licence · Must be Keen, Willing & very Enthusiastic for this line of work in often challenging weather conditions · First Class References
